Description
CMHC wishes to enter into an Agreement with a Vendor for the purpose of providing comprehensive parking management services to the Granville Island site in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Parking management services include the supply, installation, and maintenance of pay stations and related hardware and software, mobile payment applications and collection of parking revenues. Services include onsite enforcement staff patrolling parking areas and providing traffic management services seven days a week.
The anticipated initial term of the Agreement is for three (3) years with one optional renewal period of two (2) years, for a cumulative term of up to five (5) years. The total dollar value of the resulting Agreement is not expected to exceed $516,000.00 CAD annually, inclusive of taxes.
Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 am, PST, on December 21, 2018.
