Following a successful Gate 1 of the Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) process, The Government of Canada is now moving on to Gate 2 of the Procurement Process for the HR and Pay Next Generation Solution (the “Project”) with an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). The Project is part of the multi-phase agile procurement process lead by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Treasury Board Secretariat of Canada (TBS). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Gate 1 of the ITQ, only the “Qualified Respondents” can participate in the later phases of the procurement process. Only Qualified Respondents that have been notified following the evaluation of Gate 1 will be permitted to bid on any subsequent solicitation issued as part of the procurement process. This process may or may not lead to a contract.

Response Costs: Respondents will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred by participating in this ITQ.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
