    Description

    The Executive Services Unit within the Human Resources and Workplace Services Branch which currently provides support to both ISC and CIRNAC requires the services of one (1) individual with experience in executive level classification and organizational design.

    The Contractor must provide the services of one professional resource who will be responsible for the followings:

    1. Analyze, assess and provide options for organizational design proposals;
    2. Review, critique and edit existing EX structures and positions as well as proposed EX structure options and work descriptions in order to provide feedback to clients;
    3. Meet with senior level management and clients to obtain buy-in or defend complex and sensitive organizational design and/or classification issues;
    4. Conduct relativity research;
    5. Prepare EX classification evaluation reports, coordinate and/or chair classification evaluation committees and prepare committee reports according to service standards and maintain day to day activities in classification tracking log;
    6. Participate on Transformation and other working groups with clients as necessary;
    7. Participate in meetings with clients, managers and/or employees as required.
    8. Provide coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training to any new EX classification and organizational design Advisors.

    Additional tasks relevant to the scope might be identified during the contract period and be requested by the Project Authority.
