    Description of the procurement: The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking to establish a three-year Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for the services of an experienced and qualified residential septic and plumbing contractor on an “as and when requested” basis for Septic services (including tank pumping and bed replacement), plumbing fixture removal and replacement, general maintenance and service calls at the National Capital Commission’s leased properties. The goal of this project is to accomplish minor repair and replacement work on individual projects such as septic tank replacement, correction of low or no water pressure, service call for unplugging of toilet or sink, plumbing fixture remove, replace and disposal, general service calls and emergency response calls on pre-arranged hourly rate for equipment and crews. The scope and deadline of the work will be determined according to the specific requirements made by the NCC representative.

    Procurement method: Basis of award will be the bidder who meets all of the terms and conditions and mandatory requirement, and, who offers the NCC the lowest total amount.

Enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted in writing to the Senior Contract Officer as early as possible within the solicitation period. Enquiries should be received no later than May 7, 2020 at noon to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to Bidders, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this tender sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of tender.
