Description
Intent of this Tender call is to obtain a firm price offer to replace rooftop units. Provide various upgrades and refit the Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning System serving office area at the Canadian Space Agency’s David Florida Laboratory, 3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa Ontario, in accordance with these Tender Documents and complete in every respect for a fully operational system (electrical connections, controls, fire alarm connection, programming, commissioning, ductwork, piping etc.).
Amendment 1
In Part 4 – Evaluation Procedures and Basis of Selection
Under article 4. Mandatory Technical Criteria
Delete: RTU replacement, installation and commissioning for a building of 10,000 sq. meters or larger.
Insert: RTU replacement, installation and commissioning for a building of 1,500 sq. meters or larger.
Amendment 2
Due to a broken watermain on our campus, the site visit has been postponed to a date that is yet to be determined. As soon as we receive an update, the new date will be posted here. Thank you for your understanding.
