Request for Qualification
This RFQ is the second stage of the Procurement Process. Respondents are invited to pre-qualify in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ in order to become “Qualified Respondents” for any later phases of the procurement process which Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is requesting for the Site Support Services requirement for the Canadian Forces Station (CFS) Alert located in Ellesmere Island, Nunavut, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND). PSPC intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of DND in late July 2021. This procurement is subject to the agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut settlement area and her majesty the queen in right of Canada (the Nunavut agreement).
