Santé Canada a besoin d’acheter un logiciel d’automatisation des processus robotiques pour un projet pilote visant à améliorer la capacité de respecter les obligations de service, à réduire les arriérés, à améliorer la rapidité du traitement des opérations, à améliorer la qualité des données, à réduire les erreurs et à fournir davantage de conseils à valeur ajoutée, avec la possibilité de mettre en œuvre la technologie d’automatisation robotisée des processus (ARP) dans les secteurs de Santé Canada comme solution pour faire face aux augmentations importantes des demandes reçues depuis le début de la pandémie de COVID-19.
