    Questions specific to the technical requirements of this tender need to be sent through the Event Messages board of this RFP.

    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has a requirement for social and support services to assist with the integration of Asylum Seekers. To effectively support and sustain the arrival of Asylum Seekers to Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires social and support services to assist with the integration of Asylum Seekers, including: site management and coordination, medical services, health and sanitation services, and logistics, prior to moving into Canadian communities. A Contractor is required to coordinate with Government of Canada the intake and management of Asylum Seekers at temporary accommodations located in:

    Stream 1 – Atlantic Region;

    Stream 3 – Western Region.

    Up to 2 contracts may be awarded as a result of this bid solicitation; one contract per stream. If a Bidder has the lowest evaluated price for more than 1 stream, a contract may be recommended for award which will combine the streams. Canada reserves the right to award a contract, or multiple contract, to more than one Bidder to address Canada’s requirement, in whole or in part, as described in the Statement of Work.

    The Period of any resulting contract will be from Contract Award date to December 31, 2022 inclusive and will include 3 irrevocable 6 month option periods to extend the terms and conditions of each contract.

    There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html) website.

    The requirement is limited to Canadian services.

    The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity applies to this procurement; refer to Part 5 – Certifications and Additional Information, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the annex titled Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Certification.

    This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the bid will render the bid non-responsive.
