Provision of Professional Services, Stream 1: Human Resources Services, Category 1.1: Human Resources Consultant (100020505)

The In-Person & Passport Operations & Strategies (IPPOS) Directorate requires the services of a specialized Senior Human Resources (HR) Consultant to help them accomplish the HR staffing strategy and plans.

Due to the exponential growth of the In-Person & Passport Operations & Strategies (IPPOS) Directorate as a result of a number of additional priorities and projects mandated to IPPOS, including Indigenous Outreach, and the re-commencement of the Passport Modernization Initiative and the new e-Passport Next Generation project, IPPOS has had a significant increase in staffing and other HR activities, including a recent organizational re-design. As a result, HR expertise and services beyond those provided by the Branch’s Management Services and the Department’s HR Services Branch is required.
