Electrical Upgrade - Anse-Bleue, NB

General Requirements:

The work covered under this project at Anse-Bleue Harbour located in New-Brunswick, consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the electrical system upgrade. The work consists of but is not necessarily limited to the following; removal and disposal of all existing electrical equipment to accommodate the work unless indicated otherwise, arrange and pay allowance for NB Power to provide new service entrance in new electrical building as outlined on drawings and all other associated cost, complete construction of electrical building c/w electrical services and all devices and equipment, supply and install all underground trenching, wire and conduit, supply and install service to poles, shrouds and receptacles complete with associated equipment, new wood poles to replace those in poor condition, removal of existing wood poles and addition of new wood poles to correct excessive spans, new overhead wiring, new exterior lighting to replace and augment the existing NB Power owned fixtures, existing fixtures to be turned over to NB Power, new metal poles and lighting for approach to boat ramp, gangway, and for future gangway, wire and conduit, extend existing conduits as required, provide test and commissioning of all systems, existing electrical wires on wheel guard to be removed and turn over to the Administration Portuaire d’Anse-Bleue

Contract includes mobilization and demobilization all equipment necessary to make work progress for the entire contract, including environmental controls and all associated items in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and condition of this contract.

This project is a single lump sum price. Price submitted at the time of bidding represents the entirety of the Contractor's compensation and incorporates cost elements of all types for the entire project.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 30 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
