    Description

    NRCan is seeking services of a consulting firm to help build capacity and resiliency in facing challenges and leveraging opportunities emerging from demographic changes and the fast-evolving social context of IDEAA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Anti-Racism) within the federal public service and the natural resource sector.

    The ultimate goal of this initiative is to strengthen NRCan’s IDEAA approach, build NRCan leaders’ self-awareness, literacy, confidence in addressing issues related to IDEAA by assessing their intercultural competence and bringing about a better understanding of their individual and collective biases and assumptions that will need to be addressed to advance NRCan’s inclusion goals. 

    The Contract will be in effect from date of award to March 31, 2023 inclusive.
