LETTER OF INTEREST
FOR AUDIO VISUAL PRODUCTION SERVICES


The Communications Procurement Directorate at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is in the process of renewing the Supply Arrangement for Audio-Visual Production Services. 

The current Supply Arrangements for Audio-Visual Production Services are ending on December 31, 2018. In order to renew these services, PSPC is planning the following procurement activities:

 -  In spring 2018, post a Request for Information to solicit feedback from     industry
 -  In summer 2018, host Industry Days to further consult with industry
 -  In late summer/early fall 2018, post a Request for Supply Arrangement
 -  A stream may be included for suppliers who have security clearance 
 -  A stream may be included for aboriginal suppliers according to the     Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business
 -  Other streams may be developed to address socio-economic factors
