THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT

SUMMARY:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to retain an architectural firm in the capacity of Prime Consultant, supported by a multidisciplinary team of sub-consultants to provide professional services for a base building and fit up, including but not limited to: roof raising, seismic upgrades, structural separation of one storey link, fit up space as well as enabling & site works.

The Proponent shall be an architect(s) licensed in the province of Ontario, or eligible to be licensed, certified or otherwise authorized to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by provincial or territorial law.

The construction estimate is $34,90M.

This is a single phase selection process.  The nature of the services required and strict time frames to implement this project do not allow sufficient time to conduct the usual two phase selection process

Note:

1. SECURITY REQUIREMENT
Proponents must meet the security requirements as outlined under SI6, SC1 and SRE 3.1.5.

2. MANDATORY DOCUMENT VIEWING
Proponents are required to attend a Mandatory Document Viewing as outlined under "Supplementary Instructions to Proponents", SI8 - Existing Documents - Mandatory Secure Viewing.

3. All interested Proponents are invited to attend an optional site visit on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 10:00am. Instructions to attend are listed under "Supplementary Instructions to Proponents" SI9 - Optional Site Visit.
