Work is to be completed within One-hundred and fifteen (115) weeks after contract award. MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT: The Contractor personnel requiring access to secure work site(s) must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, EACH hold a valid SITE ACCESS clearance, granted or approved by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate, Public Works and Government Services Canada. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on June 19, 2014 at 10:00am. Interested bidders are to meet in front of the East Pavilion which is the southern half of the eastern façade of the Centre Block. Parliament Hill, 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON. Please Note: The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they represent, must be provided to the Contracting Officer by 10:00am, June 17, 2014 in order to gain access to the site. All names are to be submitted to the Contractual Authority Richard Brouillet by facsimile (819)956-8335 or by e-mail at richard.brouillet@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
