PROJECT IDENTIFICATION
R.063663.002 - New Training Centre, Place du Portage, Phase IV,
140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec K1A 0S5

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Interior renovations to convert a former library into a training
facility for Human Resources and Skills Development Canada
(HRSDC). Work includes architectural, mechanical and electrical
modifications and upgrades to the existing cooling tower.

Work is to be completed within fourteen (14) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $1,000,001 - $5,000,000  

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT  
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT  
There will be a site visit on August 7, 2014 at 10am. 
Interested bidders shall meet at the Commissionaire's Desk at
the top of the escalator at Place du Portage IV, 140 Promenade
du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, K1A 0S5.
