Airbus Private, Ottawa	 

Project description: 
The project requires installation of a new chiller and HVAC
units to the Building 0-276 at the Transport Canada Training
Centre, 200 Airbus Private in Ottawa.   

Work is to be completed within twenty-two (22) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $1,000,001 to $5,000,000.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on June 16th, 2015 at 10:00am.
Interested bidders are to meet at the Transport Canada Training
Centre, Building 0-276, 200 Airbus Private, Ottawa, Ontario.

Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all individuals attending
the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved
green patch) and hard hats. Contractor personnel/individuals who
do not have the proper safety attire will be denied access to
the site.
