PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:  R.059180.005, Mechanical System Upgrade
- 6th floor, Les Terrasses de la Chaudière, 15 Eddy Street,
Gatineau, Quebec.

Project description:    The purpose of this project is to
upgrade the mechanical system on the 6th floor at 15 Eddy in
order to provide adequate ventilation for new enclosed room and
to keep adequate ventilation for the balance of the floor.

Work is to be completed within ten (10) weeks after contract
award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
following category: $250,001.00 - $500,000.00.  

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:   
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid. 


OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  
There will be a site visit on December 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. 
Interested bidders shall meet at Les Terrasses de la Chaudière,
25 Eddy Street in front of suite 205, Gatineau, Quebec.
