Project description:    To rehabilitate the underground parking garage at Les Terrasses de la Chaudiere Building

Work is to be completed within one hundred and four (104) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $5,000,001 and up.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS).  Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on 22 November 2017, at 10 am.  Interested bidders shall meet at 10 Rue Wellington, Gatineau, Quebec, main enttrance.
