Project description:    
Renovation of 130 m2 CL1 Lab 2044 and 2046 located at the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Neatby Building in Ottawa, Ontario and includes architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work to suit the new layout.

Work is to be completed within Sixteen Weeks (16) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $500,001 - $1,000,000

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on 15 November 2017 an10:00 am.  Interested 
bidders shall meet at the main entrance, K.W. Neatby Building, 960 Carling Ave, Ottawa, ON, K1A 0C6.

The site visit  for this project is Optional.
