Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.0100325 Office Space Fit-Up at C.D.Howe C2 Level 240 Sparks Street Ottawa, Ontario Project description: The scope of work consist to complete refit space to Government of Canada workplace fit up standards for Transport Canada at C.D. Howe Building on the C2 Level, which include base building, interior finish and washrooms. Work is to be completed within 20 weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1,000.001 to $5,000,000. MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT: This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of RELIABILITY. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be an optional site visit on June 11, 2019 at 10:00 am (EDT). All Interested bidders must meet at West tower, C3 level in front of the elevators (right besides IRCC office) at C D Howe Building C D Howe building, 235 Queen street entrance, turn left, use escalator to reach to C3 level in front of the elevators. Project team will be waiting to meet with the bidders Pay parking, parking available under ground of the building (Queen Street site) and also road side parking on Queen Street.
