To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
alongside steel repairs on and  for CCGS Hudson in accordance
with the attached specification.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). 

A bidders' conference will be held at 1:00 PM on 24 June 2015
while the vessel is tied up at the Bedford Institute of
Oceanography.  The vessel  will be available for viewing prior
to and immediately following the bidder's conference. Bidders
are to communicate with the Contracting Authority prior to the
conference to confirm attendance.

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.

WORK PERIOD:

Commencement:    9 July 2015;	
Completion:           5 August 2015.
