This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F2563-200045/A dated April 06, 2021 with a closing of April 19, 2021 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing will be provided to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation, if applicable.

This requirement is to supply 15,580 litres of Arctic Diesel in 205-Litre drums, DDP, to a specific Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) Vessel located at either Quebec City, Quebec or St John’s, Newfoundland for furtherance to Nunavut.  CCG will be responsible to deliver the fuel to NU from the port at QC or NF.  The estimated delivery period to the port will be between contract award and June 30th, 2021. The port and exact delivery date will be provided after contract award.  

The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement:

Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to Killiniq, Nunavut where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in.

This procurement is subject to The Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada (The Nunavut Agreement).
