Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: PA SYSTEM REPLACEMENT-GRANDE CACHE The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the replacement of the PA System at Grande Cache of Institution. The work includes the supply, installation, testing etc. as described in the Statement of Technical Requirements (STR) (Refer to electronic Attachment #1). Grande Cache institution is a minimum security facility. Work will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the institution. A mandatory site visit will take place on March 15, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Grande Cache institution, Grande Cache, Alberta T0E 0Y0. The work is requested to be completed within 30 weeks after contract award. After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
