This amendment 001 is raised to extend the closing date to October 18, 2018.

Correctional Services Canada (CSC) wishes to consult with
industry via this Letter of Interest (LOI), also known as a
Request for Information (RFI), in order to elicit the expert
opinions of private sector organizations specializing in the
provisions of technology and specialist personnel in regards to
the best approach for CSC to acquire and test an Air and Ground Intrusion Detection system for six (6) of its institutions.  Refer to the attached LOI/RFI documentation for further details.

This is not a bid solicitation. A contract will not result from
this activity. This LOI is for informational purposes only and
does not constitute a commitment by Canada. Responses to this
LOI will not constitute a commitment from the industry provider.
The Government of Canada will not reimburse any expenses
incurred for the preparation of responses to this LOI.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
