Trade Agreement: CETA / CFTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: This amendment 005 is raised to correct an error on the Trade Agreements identified for this requirement. ============ This amendment 004 is raised to extend the closing date to July 31, 2019. ============ This amendment 003 is raised to extend the closing date to July 24, 2019. ============ This amendment 002 is raised to extend the closing date to July 17, 2019. ============ This amendment 001 is raised to change the location and date of the mandatory site visit as follows: A mandatory site visit will take place on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 9:00 am. at the Collins Bay Correctional Institution. Interested Bidders shall meet at the Principal Entrance of the Collins Bay Correctional Institution, 1455 Bath Rd, Kingston, ON K7L 4V9. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form at each site visit. ============ The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to deploy six (6) Air and Ground integrated Intrusion Detection Systems (AGIDS) to prevent contraband delivery by humans or by drones at the following institutions: a Cowansville: (with wired fences) b Dorchester: (with solid walls) c Donnacona: (with wired fences) d Mission: (with wired fences) e Collins Bay: (with walls) f Stony Mountain: (Solid walls and wired fence) Work will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the institution. To satisfy this requirement, the existing system must remain operational as long as possible to ensure the integrity of the perimeter security. The contractor will be required to work afterhours on major changes of the infrastructure. The contractor must supply, install, test, and provide operational and maintenance training on the AGIDS system, as described in the Statement of Technical Requirements (STR). Refer to Annex A. A mandatory site visit will take place on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 10:00 am. at the Dorchester Institution. Interested Bidders shall meet at the Principal Entrance of the Dorchester Institution, 4902 Main St, Dorchester, NB E4K 2Y9. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form at each site visit. It is also a mandatory condition of this requirement that all attendees have a valid Government ID (Driver's License, Passport) available for the site visit. Bidders must submit an e-mail to joanne.m.ladouceur@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca to provide the Name, Company, Telephone Number and E-mail for each attendee. The work is requested to be completed within 36 months after contract award. After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Note: This document contains a security requirement On February 1, 2017, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) launched the new mandatory electronic fingerprint requirement. The new process applies to any organization that works or intends to work on Government of Canada contracts with security requirements that have been issued by or will be issued by PSPC. Bidder personnel must hold the security clearance identified in the solicitation document prior to Contract award.
