CCTV at Grierson Institution


The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to install new Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment at Grierson Institution located in Edmonton, Alberta

The work includes the design, supply, installation testing and provision of operation and technical training as described in the Statement of Technical Requirements (STR) (Refer to Electronic Attachment #1).

Work will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the institution.

A mandatory site visit will take place May 30, 2017 at 09:00am at Grierson Institution, 9530-101st Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5H 0B3

The work is requested to be completed within 30 weeks after contract award.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.  Bidders shouldmake the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone orin person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
