Delivery
Items 001-008 are desirable on or before 28 March 2016.

Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results 
of the bid solicitation.  Bidders should make the request to the Contract Authoritywithin 15working days of receipt ofnotification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
