The Department of Natiional Defence has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) to procure Instructional Air Brake Board Systems and parts for an Instructional Air Brake Board Systems. It will be used as training aids to teach courses that demonstrate air brake systems to military and civilian drivers in DND and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.
Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
