Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Jasper Alberta - Helicopter Charter 5P423-181072/A Jiang, Kevin Telephone No. - (343) 550-1630 Required Service: The National Fire Management Division of Park Canada requires the exclusive services of one (1) intermediate class helicopter, including crew and maintenance services for wildland fire management operations. Class D certification is required. The point of hire and the point of release shall be Jasper, Alberta. The helicopter will be primarily based at the Jasper National Park Operations Compound located at 1, Compound Road, Jasper Alberta. Although the helicopter will be required for forest fire management operations, other park management activities may be required including resource management, visitor safety, law enforcement and asset maintenance. Period: The period of the Contract is from June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2022 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same conditions. Trade Agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The requirement is limited to Canadian services. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
