Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for:  Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), Charlottetown, PEI

Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering

Only TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 in the Atlantic Region under the EN578-055605 series of SAs are eligible to compete.  

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the following mandatory categories:

Description of the Requirement:

The Contractor shall provide, on an “as and when requested basis”, informatics professional services to support, maintain and enhance the application developed and supported by the Information Technology and Information Management Division (ITIM) of Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), Charlottetown, PEI.

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #6 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
Minimum Resource Security Required: Reliability Status

Proposed Period of Contract:

The proposed period of the Contract shall be for a period of one (1) year from date of award with an irrevocable option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods.
