Request for proposal to supply janitorial services for the Department of National Defence, Valcartier Garrison, province of Quebec as per the Statement of Work.

Contract period is two (2) years with three (3) individual optional years. 

Site Visit : There will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on August 21, 2018 at 1:30 pm.  The meeting point will be at Building VC-72 on De la Victoire Street of the Valcartier Garrison, Courcelette (QC), G0A 4Z0 (See map in attachment).

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.  Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant.  Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

This procurement is subject to SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.

The contractor will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in Canada's two official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
