    As mentioned in the solicitation document, under section SI03, the visit will be held onSeptember 15th 2016 at 2:00 PM.

    Compensation for loss of fish habitat in calm water and wetland - Île Lapierre (Quebec).
    
    The Work required aspart of this Contract is for the first phase (lot 1) of the compensation project.
    
    The works of Lot 1 mainly include the consolidationof the existingbridge by changing and adding bracing, vegetation clearing of part of the site, excavation and disposal of soils and implementing various environmental protection measures.
    
    The overall project involves restoring the damaged natural environmentby creating a new permanent 1.5 hectares marsh which will be connected to the Rivières-desPrairies. This wetland will be used by a diversified fauna and will be configured for spawning, rearing and feeding activities for calm water fish.
    
    Therewill be an optional site visit on September 15th 2016 at2:00 PM. Interested bidders are to meet at Île Lapierre, at Lechalet de parc Pierre-Blanchet, at 12 275, Avenue Pierre-Blanchet, Rivière-des-Prairies - Pointe-aux-Trembles borough, Montreal, H1E 3T1. Thissite is located at the access gate between 7365and 7403 Gouin West blvd. in Rivières-des-Prairies borough in Montreal.
