Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Replacing of perimeter fences - Cowansville Institution Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires construction services of a contractor. The scope of works of this project is the replacement of the fence and perimeter lighting at Cowansville Correctional Institution. CONSTRUCTION TIME Phase I. Year 2022: Time limit- 33 weeks from April 15, 2022 to December 2, 2022. The time frame includes the time for the supply of materials, the completion of Phase I work and the two weeks of construction. Phase I work must be finalized no later than December 1, 2022. Phase II. Year 2023: Time limit- 31 weeks from April 24, 2023 to November 27, 2023. The time frame includes the time for the supply of materials, the completion of Phase II work and the two weeks of construction. Phase II work must be finalized no later than November 27, 2023. There will be an optional site visit on February 24, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Interested bidders must present at 400 Fordyce Road, Cowansville, QC J2K 3G6 at the first building on the left on the access road to the Institution. Contractors wishing to attend the bidders' visit site must send to the following address: dominique.langlois@csc-scc.gc.ca and france.belisle@tpsgc.gc.ca, the name of the person and the firm represented 3 working days before the visit. Visitors must carry identification and valid hard copy proof of vaccination. All electronic devices and tobacco products must remain in the visitors' vehicle. Bidders must also complete and provide the vaccination certificate. Refer to the call for tenders article IP03.
