Roofs Refection of the Main Building Lot 2 - St-Hyacinthe, Quebec

The Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Center of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) is dedicated to researching and developing methods for preserving and maintaining food quality and for the safe and efficient processing of food. It also conducts research on food ingredients that promote health and offers other benefits beyond their basic nutritional value. Food safety is also an important area of research.

AAFC's St-Hyacinthe Research and Development Center was built in 1984. The roof is insulated and the waterproofing lining is a multi-layer, gravel-covered membrane. Skylights are also present. Dating back more than 30 years, these roofs have reached their useful life.
The work covered by this contract includes the roofing of the main building at 3600, boul. Casavant West, St-Hyacinthe lot 2: basin 2, 2A and 2B.

There will be an optional site visit on July 10th 2019 at 10:00 am.  Interested bidders are to meet at the following address: 3600, boul. Casavant West, St-Hyacinthe (Quebec) J2S 8E3.
