A complete description of this requirement is attached as a detailed specification at Annex "A", Statement of Work. All work, repairs, inspections and renewals specified in Annex "A" are to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Owner's Representative and, where applicable, the attending TC Marine Safety Inspector. This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade. A viewing of the vessel will take place on May 12th, 2015 from 8:00 - 11:30 A.M. at BIO Dartmouth NS. While this viewing is not mandatory, bidders are required to confirm with the contracting authority on or before May 11th, 2015 if they intend to attend the viewing. The bidders conference will take place Lewis King Board Room Vulcan Building VG-1, BIO 1 Challenger Drive, Dartmouth NS B2Y 4A2 on May 12th, 2014 starting at 12:30pm Commencement Date of Refit: 8 June 2015 Completion Date: 17 July 2015 The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to shipyards in Eastern Canada in accordance with the Shipbuilding Procurement Policy. This procurement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This procurement is NAFTA exempt ( Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)) and WTO-AGP exempt (Annex 4) Particulars of the vessel are available on the world wide web at: Http://www.ccg-gcc.gc.ca/fleet/details This PWGSC office provides procurement service to the public in English and French.
