This is an annual service contract to be invoiced over (6) months from November to April for each year of the contract. The active SNIC operations season is from 15 October to 15 April each year. Canada intends to award one contract. There will be a Mandatory Site Visit held on 10 March 2020 AT 1000 HRS at PWGSC Office in Building S-111, Garrison Petawawa. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 11 Day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the Company name, names and Driver's license number of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Security Requirements 1. At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met: (a) the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses; 2. For additional information on security requirements, Bidders should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html) website. 3. By the start of the SNIC season, the following conditions must be met: (a) the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses; (b) the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites; Debriefings: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Please be advised that the Kingston and Petawawa Bid Receiving Units are temporarily closed and unable to accept hard copy or faxed bids. PSPC encourages submission of bids using ePost where possible.
