Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Requirement: To establish a Prime Vendor National Master Standing Offer for the supply and distribution of a wide range of pharmaceuticals and over-the counter products as a one-stop-shop’ for federal departments and agencies across Canada. Quantity: Approximately 13,000 call-ups yearly with an estimated product volume of $40M per year. Standing Offer Period: From July 1, 2016 until June 30, 2019, with up to two additional one year extension periods to June 30, 2020 and June 30, 2021 respectively. Delivery: Will be on an as-and-when requested basis to destinations across Canada. Delivery Date: 01/07/2016 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
