Nature of Requirements: 

Canada School of Public Service (CSPC) has a requirement for the procurement of a behavioural assessment tool based on the DISC model for the delivery of two leadership development programs intended for supervisors and managers of the Canadian federal public service. Behavioural differences are studied per four main personality types, dominance (D), influence (I), steadiness (S), and consciousness (C). 

The solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for a period beginning on Contract Award Date and ending one (1) year later, and includes up to two (2) irrevocable
option years allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.
