The Wellington Building is a sevenstory structure (a penthouse, mezzanine, six (6) floors and two (2) basement levels). Requirement: PWGSC has a requirement to supply, deliver and install (if necessary) the following building components: The requirement has been sub-divided into the following groups: Group A Appliances (e.g. Refrigerators, Water Dispensers, etc.) Group B: Maintenance, Handling and Waste Management (e.g. janitorial equipment, floor care, material handling) Group C: Storage Cabinets and Shelving (e.g. filing cabinets, shelving units, etc.) Group D: Cabinets (e.g. Storage Cabinets, work benches, etc.) Group E: Tables, Seating and Visual Aids (e.g. various types of chairs and benches, various types of tables, tack boards, white boards, lecterns, and credenzas) Group F: Health and Safety (e.g. First Aid Kits, Medical Beds, Wheelchairs, etc.) Group G: Stage Risers (e.g. Stage Risers, Hand Rails, Steps, etc.) Group H: Simultaneous Interpretation Booth Group I: Gun Storage Bidders can choose to bid on any combination of groups or items. Bidders have the opportunity to submit a bid on any or all group(s), on any item within each group, or a combination of both. Bidders must identify which group(s) or item(s) they are submitting abid on. Schedule: All components must be delivered between January 1, 2016 and April 30, 2016. Security Requirement: There is a security requirement applicable to this requirement. Integrity Provisions - Associated Information: Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003. Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force. Basis of Selection: All bids must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. Following the technical evaluation, the financial evaluation is broken down into 2 stages, Stage 1: By Group and Stage 2: By Item. In Stage 1 - By Group, all responsive bids for complete groups will be evaluated first. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price by group will be recommended for award of a contract. If there are no responsive bids for a group, Stage 2: Per Item evaluation will be performed for the items within that group. In Stage 2 By Item, all responsive bids forindividual items will be evaluated per item. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price by item will be recommended for award of a contract. Bidders that are recommended for award of contract for more than one group and/or more than one (1) item, a single contract for the group(s) and/or item(s) will be awarded to that Bidder. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
