Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: This amendment 009 is raised to answer questions received. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Carling Campus Project will provide office space to accommodate upto 8,500 Department of National Defence (DND) personnel who will move into 14 interconnected buildings at 3500 Carling Avenue in Ottawa, Ontariofrom up to 40 different National Capital Area (NCA) locations. The procurement of furniture will bedoneintwo distinct phases and will require a variety of procurements. Phase 1: Creation of a Standing Offer (SO) for up to 4,500 workstations(this SO is already issued); Creation of a Standing Offer for collaborative furniture (this SO is already issued); Use of existing procurement instruments to procure a variety of furniture (on-going). Phases 2 and 3: A Letter of Interest (LOI) wasissued for feedback on the creation of a new procurement instrumentfor approximately 4,500to 6,000 workstations.PWGSC intended to use a solutions based approach which would have allowed suppliers tooffer new furniture, remanufactured furniture, refurbished furniture, or a combination of different types of furniture. Upon receiving comments and concerns from those who participated in an Industry Day engagement, it was determined that the Phases2 and 3will be split into two distinct solicitations: one for new workstations and one for remanufactured workstations. This Request for Individual Standing Offer (RISO) of approximately 4,500 to 6,000 new workstations is the firstof the two solicitations for Phases 2 and 3. Items listed in this RISOto be purchased on an "as required" basis include, but are not limitedto: 1524-1676mm (60-66") high panel components,glazed panels, task lights, keyboard trays, coat hooks, power/communicationpoles and mobile pedestals. Services listed in this RISOto be purchased on an "as required" basis also include the dismantling andenvironmentally-friendly disposalof existing workstations from various locations in the NCA. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
