Amendment no. 001 is raised to:

1.  DELETE:  solicitation closing date at 14:00 EDT on April 11,

     INSERT:   solicitation closes at 14:00 EDT on April 25,

A Request for a Proposal already submitted may be amended prior
to closing time by sending the amended correspondence to Bid
Receiving, the envelope/fax bearing the Solicitation No.
21120-127231/A and the new closing date 25 April 2012.

of footwear items as follows:
Ankle boot, suede, black, to be in  accordance with Purchase
Description CAG-2-1106-706D 
Safety boot, to be in  accordance with Purchase Description
CAG-2-1106-356C
Court shoe, to be in  accordance with Purchase Description
CAG-5-1105-762E
Items are to be shipped to Laval, Quebec

ANKLE BOOT
Year one, firm quantity:  1,416 pairs 
Year two, firm quantity:  1,416 pairs
As and when quantity:  1,600 pairs
Option quantity:  1,416 pairs

SAFETY BOOT
Year one, firm quantity:  1,500 pairs 
Year two, firm quantity:  1,500 pairs
As and when quantity:  1,600 pairs
Option quantity:  1,500 pairs

RUNNING SHOE
Year one, firm quantity:  11,388 pairs 
Year two, firm quantity:  11,388 pairs
As and when quantity:  12,000 pairs
Option quantity:  11,388 pairs


Delivery:  Year one quantity is to be delivered between April -
June 2012.
The size roll for year two firm quantity will be provided in
spring 2013.

The as and when quantities may be ordered on an as-and-when
requested basis during a 24 month period from date of contract
award.

The option quantities may be exercised during a 24 month period
from award of contract.

Sealed samples for all three items, which are provided for
guidance, may be viewed at the following DPWGS District Offices:

Quebec, PQ
Montreal, PQ
Mississauga, On
Winnipeg, Man
Edmonton, Alta
Vancouver, BC.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
