Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: REQUIREMENT: This requirement is for the establishment of a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the Department of Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for the supply of Scenario Based Training Helmets to be ordered on an "as and when requested" basis. The Standing Offer will be valid up to 36 months after issuance of the Standing Offer with the possibility to extend for up to two (2) additional years. The helmets will be delivered to various destinations across Canada. The usage is estimated at 738 units per year by the RCMP for the first 3 years and 100 units per year for the remaining period of the Standing Offer if option to extend it is exercised. TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS: This procurement may be subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements: - Nunavut Land Claims Agreement; - Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement; - Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement; - Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement; - Inuvialuit Final Agreement; - Vuntut Gwich'in First Nation; - First Nation of Nacho Nyak Dun; - Teslin Tlingit Council; - Champagne and Aishihik First Nations; - Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation; - Selkirk First Nation; - Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in First Nation; - Ta'an Kwach'an Council; - Kluane First Nation; - Kwanlin Dun First Nation; - Carcross/Tagish First Nation; - Maa-nulth Final Agreement; - Nisga’a Final Agreement; - Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement; - James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement; - Northeastern Quebec Agreement; - Nunavik Inuit Land Claims Agreement; - Eeyou Marine Region Land Claims Agreement; - Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement.
