The Amendment 001 of the Request for Proposal is raised to extend the closing date from June 17, 2020 to June 19, 2020 and to answer questions to the Request for Proposal.

REQUIREMENT:

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for Face Shields. The Face Shields must be made in accordance specifications listed in the Request for Proposal. These items will be delivered to Winnipeg, Manitoba. 

The requirement is detailed in the solicitation documents (pdf) available at the bottom of the page.

FIRM QUANTITY: 5,000,000 units 

OPTION QUANTITY:
This requirement also includes optional quantities as per Canada’s needs. The option may be exercised within 12 months after contract award date. The Option can be exercised at Canada’s sole discretion.

DELIVERY
The delivery of the firm quantity must be completed within 30 calendar days from the effective date of the Contract.

AWARD
Canada reserves the right to award multiple contracts.

CANADIAN CONTENT
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods.

PRE-AWARD SAMPLES AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION:
Pre-award samples and supporting documentation must be submitted at the date and time of bid closing and at the location indicated in the Request for Proposal.


ENQUIRIES:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least five (5) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
