Public Works andGovernment Services on behalf of Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires the completion of renovations in the Polaris Building at the Bedford Instituteof Oceanography (BIO) to fit-up office space to Workplace 2.0 Standards.

SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit held on Thursday January 28th, 2016. Interested bidders are to meet at the front entrance of the BIO Building located on 1 Challenger Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, B3B 1A6 at 10:00am. 
Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.


MANDATORY DELIVERY DATE:
All elements of the work must be completed on or before March 31, 2016.

PLEASE NOTE: BECAUSE OF THE MANDATORY DELIVERY DATE, THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSIONS TO THE BID CLOSING DATE
