The work under this contract consists of raising the deck
elevation, including new concrete copewall, new fenders and new
electrical, at the wharf at Black River, St. John Co., New
Brunswick.  All work is to be performed in accordance with the
plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.064463.001
forming part of the bid document. 

The contract completion date is November 1, 2014.

New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications
included in the solicitation documents requires attention. 

A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
Room 421, 189 Prince William Street, Saint John, N.B. The
estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $500,001 - $750,000 (HST included).
