    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting qualified Design-Build (D-B) bidders to design and construct the enhancement and expansion of the specified trails outlined in the terms of reference at Fundy National Park, New Brunswick.  This work is to be completed by December 1, 2017.
    
    The objective of this RFP is to retain an individual Contractor or Joint Venture to provide the complete design-build work for the enhancement and expansion of the specified trails outlined in the terms of reference at Fundy National Park, New Brunswick.
    
    This is a single phase selection process.This RFP Document sets out the project requirement, i.e., the particulars of the project itself and the broad scope of services required from the Contractor.
    
    The bidders describe their capabilities and proposed services in the "Technical Portion" of the submission. The "Price Portion" includes the proposed price and bid security which is submitted in a sealed envelope.
    
    Evaluation is based on a set of pre-established criteria, components and weight factors. Numerical technical scores are awarded atthe completion of the technical evaluation.
    
    INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority:

    The estimated cost of this procurement is between $1,500,001.00- $2,000,000.00
