    Site of work is at Jean Canfield Building, 191 University
    Avenue, Charlottetown, PE.
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
    requirement for demolition and de-construction of existing
    spaces at Jean Canfield Building, 191 University Avenue, 1st and
    2nd floor in Charlottetown, PE.  The work covered under this
    project consists of demolition and de-construction of existing
    spaces, reinstatement of new demountable partitions, reuse and
    salvage existing fixtures, flooring, demountable partitions,
    doors, hardware etc., as shown on drawings, fit-up and finish of
    spaces, security measures, mechanical and electrical services as
    shown on drawings for PWGSC Project Number R.061033.001 forming
    part of the bid document.
    
    The successful contractor will be required to arrange and pay
    for Commissionaire services throughout the duration of the
    contract.
    
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site and examine the Scope of the Work
    required and the existing conditions.  There will be an optional
    site visit July 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.  All interested bidders are
    to meet at the main entrance of the Jean Canfield Building, 191
    University Avenue, Charlottetown, PE.  Although not mandatory,
    all contractors wishing to submit a tender for this work are
    encouraged to attend to become familiar with all aspects of the
    work.  Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation
    resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment
    to the bid solicitation.  Please note that this will be the only
    site visit for this project.  No other site visits will be
    arranged during the tender period.
    
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit,
    Cambridge Building, 3 Queen Street, Charlottetown, PEI
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
    category: $100,001 - $250,000 (HST included).
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within five
    (5) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the
    offer.

    Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
    less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to
    allow sufficient time to respond.  
    
    Inquiries are to be made in accordance with SI03 - Enquiries
    During The Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To
    Bidders in the solicitation document.  Standard bid and contract
    security for construction is required. 
    
    Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain

    System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS.
