Marginal Wharf Construction, Conche, NL

Public Works & Government Services Canada has a requirement that consists of the removal of existing marginal wood crib wharf including wheelguard, ladder, coping & existing fenders.  Construction of a new marginal crib wharf and new concrete boat launch way complete with concrete deck, ladders, wheel guards and fenders, B1 cleats.  A cleats including utility light poles, electrical pedestals and new asphalt parking area.  The work covered consists of improvements in Conche, NL.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Bidders should visit the site to verify the form, nature and extent of the work, means to access the site, uncertainty of weather, soil conditions and in general obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances prior to submitting bid.
