Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). 345 Harry Walker Parkway. Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Upgrades Work of this Contract comprises modification of existing HVAC system AHU-4 in two phases, located atthe Public Safety Building in Newmarket, Ontario. The Scope of work consists of but not limited to the following. .1 Demolishing existing partial ductwork for AHU-4 system. .2 Replace the existingair handling unit AHU-4 and condensing unit CU-1 with news. .3 Replace the existing return fan RF-4 with RF-4A and RF-4B and VFDs. .4 Connect new ductwork, chilled water piping, heating water piping, power, control to AHU-4 system. .5 Install new partial ductwork and new fan powered VAV units in Workarea on 3rd floor. Complete heating water piping, power and control for VAVs. .6 Provide control to AHU-4 system and update existing BAS. The duration of work is scheduled to be completed by November 15, 2016. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be anoptional site visit on January 7th, 2016 at 10:30 A.M at the site. Interested bidders are to meet at 345 Harry Walker Parkway. Newmarket, Ontario. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS IMPORTANT CHANGES TO GI01 "CODE OF CONDUCT AND CERTIFICATION OF - BID" R2710T, GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (REFER TO SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS SI02) Bidders should provide, withtheir bid or promptly thereafter, a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If such a list has not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time framewithin which to provide the information. Failure to provide such a list within the required time frame will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must always submit the list of directors before contract award. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals named in the aforementioned list within a specified delay. Failure to provide such Consent Forms withinthe delay will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
