It is mandatory that the bidder attend the mandatory site visit at the designated date and time to examine the scope of thework required and the existing conditions.

There will be a site visit on 01 March 2017 at 10:00AM.

Bidders must register with the Contracting Officer, Cindy Marshall at 416-512-5867 or email: cindy.marshall@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend, 48 hours prior to the site visit to allow for Correctional Services to conduct a Security Clearance Check for each Individual Attendee (deadline for registration is February 27, 2017 at 10:00AM).

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign theSite Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing
an Invitation to Tender (ITT) on behalf of Correctional Services Canada’s (CSC) for the reconstruction of six (6) Control Units WW05, WW06, WW08, WW09, WW10 and WW11 includes provision for all materials, equipment and labour to complete the work in accordance with the requirement.  

MANDATORY SITE VISIT- GENERAL CONTRACTORS

Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a complete list of names of their board of directors.  If such a list has not been received by the time the evaluation of bidsis completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to providethe information. Failure to provide such a list within the required time frame will render the bid non-responsive.  Bidders must submit the list of directors before contract award.  
 
Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form- PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals named in the aforementioned list within a specified delay. 
Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the delay will result in the bid beingdeclared non-responsive. 

A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO ARE CURRENTLY ON THE
BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (SEE APPENDIX 2 OF THE "ITT"
DOCUMENT) LIST SHOULD ACCOMPANY THE BID BUT MUST BE PROVIDED AT CONTRACT AWARD.
